Technical domain of KoaMail — outbound email relay for web hosting providers

The hosts out1.koamx.net … out16.koamx.net (5.135.249.176/28) and out.koamx.net are KoaMail outbound relays. They carry transactional and user email for hosting providers that run the Koapanel control panel. They are not an open relay and do not send bulk or marketing email of their own.

How the relays are operated

Only registered servers with valid SMTP credentials (SASL over TLS on port 587) can relay mail.
Every message is signed with DKIM d=koamx.net in addition to the sender's own DKIM; SPF, DMARC and MTA-STS are published for this domain.
Outgoing mail is scanned for spam and malware; rate limits apply per mailbox, domain and server.
Compromised accounts, high bounce rates and complaints lead to an automatic hold of the sending mailbox.
Providers must follow our acceptable use policy: no purchased lists, confirmed opt-in for any bulk mail, working unsubscribe.
